Most orders will be shipped via UPS/FEDEX within 1-2 business days of purchase. Tracking information will be provided via email.

We provide free shipping only to the 48 Contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

For all other destinations (International or US Possessions) shipping and handling charges, please contact us with your country and postal code and we will be happy to give you a shipping quote. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other applicable fees incurred by the country's customs/border regulations. We reserve the right to cancel orders if buyers do not contact us for a shipping quote.

Unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Buyers must provide a physical address when ordering from us. Please note that we are not responsible for any kind of delay if P.O box addresses or other undeliverable addresses are provided.

If we shipped you the wrong merchandise, we will pay 100% of the costs to get you the right product. Please contact us 48 hours within receiving the items. (Delivery confirmation) We will ship out the new product once the items have arrived at our facility.
