Payments
- We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- We accept mobile payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as PayPal.
- Please note that an additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Shipping
Shipping destinations:
- We offer worldwide shipping.
Shipping cost:
- We offer free ground shipping to the lower 48 US States. (Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories.)
Shipping times:
- In-stock items typically ship within 1 business days.
- Allow up to 2 business days for order processing, and 3-7 business days for delivery.
Shipping times (International):
- Please contact us with your country and postal code for a shipping quote before ordering. Orders placed without a quote may be canceled.
- Please allow at least 2-4 weeks for international orders to arrive.
- International shipments are subject to additional customs fees, duties, and taxes, which we are not responsible for.
- Shipping times may vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.
Returns
- No returns are accepted for used items.
Wrong Merchandise
- If we shipped you the wrong merchandise, we will offer to cover 100% of the costs associated with getting you the correct product.
Shipping Damages
- If you receive a damaged item, we will cover 100% of the costs to exchange your damaged product for a new one! Please contact your sales representative or our warranty department as soon as you notice any damage, and notify us within 72 hours after the package has been confirmed delivered. Claims made after 72 hours will not be accepted for shipping damages. We will ship the replacement product once the damaged goods have been received at our facility.
Refund
- Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be credited within 3-10 business days after processing your return. If you have not received your refund and more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
International Orders
- International buyers are responsible for any taxes or customs fees. If a package is returned due to unpaid taxes or customs duties, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
