Payments
- We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- We accept mobile payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as PayPal.
- Please note that an additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.
- We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are suspected to involve credit card or personal
Shipping
Shipping destinations:
- We offer worldwide shipping.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Buyers must provide a physical address when ordering from us.
Shipping cost:
- We offer free ground shipping to the lower 48 US States. (Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories.)
Shipping times:
- In-stock items typically ship within 1 business days.
- Allow up to 2 business days for order processing, and 3-7 business days for delivery.
Shipping times (International):
- Please contact us with your country and postal code for a shipping quote before ordering. Orders placed without a quote may be canceled.
- Please allow at least 2-4 weeks for international orders to arrive.
- International shipments are subject to additional customs fees, duties, and taxes, which we are not responsible for.
- Shipping times may vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.
Returns
To initiate a return, please visit our Return & Exchange Portal and follow the instructions provided.
Return Policy
- No returns are accepted for used items.
- Wheels must be brand new with original packaging (never mounted with a tire).
- The order must be returned within 30 days.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover the shipping costs we've paid.
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to cover potential shipping loss or damage. We do not accept returns if the wheel arrives damaged.
Wrong Merchandise
If we shipped you the wrong merchandise, we'll pay 100% of the costs to get you the right product. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the items (based on delivery confirmation).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order (based on delivery confirmation).
Refund
Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be credited within 3-10 business days after processing your return. If you have not received your refund and more than 14 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
International Orders
International buyers are responsible for any taxes or customs fees. If a package is returned due to unpaid taxes or customs duties, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
